Guides

HVAC website copy a homeowner can actually use.

A heating and air shop does not need a brand manifesto. It needs five pages that name the work, the city, the phone, and what happens after someone writes in. This is the copy we paste for $497 — and the files in the $197 kit.

What the five pages have to say

Homepage: who you are, the city you serve, the services you actually run, a click-to-call number, and a form that emails the shop. Not a slider. Not a slogan about “comfort solutions.”

Services: one page that lists the jobs you take — AC repair, furnace install, maintenance, heat pumps if you sell them — in the words a homeowner types. If you do not do a job, do not list it.

About: the owner, the license if you have one, the years if you want them, and a photo you own. Skip the origin myth.

Contact: name, address, and phone matching your Google Business Profile, plus a working form and click-to-call. That is the whole page.

Financing: only if you have a real program. If you do not, unpublish the page or use the short “ask the office” version. Do not invent APR numbers.

Placeholders, not fiction

The kit ships with placeholders like {{CITY}}, {{PHONE}}, and {{COMPANY}}. DFY replaces those from your intake. Kit buyers replace them by hand. Do not leave a placeholder live. Do not fill a blank with a city you do not serve or a number that is not on the Google listing.

Photos have to be yours. We do not pull stock of a van that is not yours. Logo and five photos you own are part of the DFY intake for a reason.

Claims that belong on the page — and claims that do not

  • License number: only if it is real and current. You are responsible for it.
  • Insurance statements: only if they are true.
  • 24/7 or after-hours: only if someone answers. A number that rings out is worse than no claim.
  • Service area: cities you actually drive to, not a radius you hope for.
  • Do not write that the site will put you on page one, send you calls, or replace ads. We do not write that either.

What we do not write

We do not write ads. We do not write Google Business posts for you to auto-publish — the kit has drafts you paste when they are true for that week. We do not write review-gating funnels. We do not write “we send you jobs.”

Booked This Week is the company name. It is not a result we claim for your calendar.

How the copy gets onto the site

$497 Done-For-You: we paste the five pages onto your Hostinger WordPress within 72 hours of a complete intake. Hostinger WordPress only. Not a custom agency site.

$197 DIY kit: you download the files and paste them yourself on a WordPress site that is already up. We do not publish them for you.
