Guides
Paste a local SEO HVAC page in about 15 minutes.
A practical Hostinger WordPress walkthrough for US heating and air shops: title tag, H1, NAP, services, a short FAQ, and Google Business posts you paste yourself. This is a checklist — not a ranking guarantee, not leads, and not a promise that the phone will ring.
What you need open before the clock starts
- Hostinger WordPress already up: you can log into wp-admin and the domain loads. This guide is written for that panel. Other hosts: same ideas, your menus will differ.
- One real phone number that matches your Google Business Profile.
- Business name and street address spelled the same way as the listing (NAP).
- The services you actually sell this week — AC repair, furnace install, maintenance, heat pumps if you sell them.
- A notepad with the city names you actually drive. Do not invent a 40-city radius.
Fifteen minutes is enough to paste one honest page and publish it. It is not enough to migrate hosting, design a theme, or “get on page one.” If WordPress is not live yet, finish that first.
Minute 0–3 — create the page and set the title
In wp-admin: Pages → Add New. Title the page the way a homeowner searches, then the shop name if it fits — for example “AC repair in [City] | [Shop Name].” That browser title is what Google often shows. Keep it under ~60 characters when you can. Do not stuff “best #1 HVAC near me cheap.”
If you use Yoast or Rank Math (one free plugin from WordPress.org — not both, not a nulled pro zip), paste the same idea into the SEO title field and write a one-sentence meta description: city, what you fix, phone. No “guaranteed page one” language.
Minute 3–6 — H1, intro, and NAP
- H1: one clear heading on the page — usually the city + service (“Furnace repair in [City]”). Do not hide five H1s in a page builder. One H1.
- First paragraph: who you are, the city you serve, and that homeowners can call. Put a click-to-call tel: link on the real shop number.
- NAP block: name, address, phone matching Google Business Profile — footer and Contact must match the listing. If they disagree, fix the wrong one before you publish.
- Do not paste a tracking number that is not on the listing. We do not sell call tracking.
Minute 6–10 — services list (only what you run)
Add a short Services section with the jobs you take, in homeowner words: AC repair, AC install, furnace repair, furnace install, maintenance / tune-up, heat pumps if you sell them, emergency / after-hours only if someone answers.
Skip work you farm out and never show up for. Skip a fake “serving 50 cities” list. A tight list on one page beats thin city clones you will not maintain.
Minute 10–13 — a short FAQ on the same page
Three to five questions you already answer on the phone. Examples: Do you serve [town]? What should I check before you arrive on a no-cool call? Do you offer financing? (Only if you have a real program — otherwise say ask the office.) Are you licensed / insured? (Only if true.)
Write answers in plain sentences. Do not invent response-time guarantees or “we’ll be there in 30 minutes” unless that is always true. FAQ on the page helps humans; it is not a ranking switch we promise.
Minute 13–15 — publish, then one Google Business post
- Hit Publish. Open the public URL on your phone. Tap the phone number. Confirm the form (if this page has one) emails an inbox someone reads.
- Google Business: you paste. We do not log into your listing. Open Posts (or the Google Business app), paste one short update that is true this week — filter reminder, heat-wave note if you are taking AC calls, financing only if the program is live.
- Put the new page URL in the website field on the listing if it is still empty or still points at Facebook / an old builder. HTTPS only. You do that edit — not us.
The $197 kit includes page drafts, INSTALL.md, and 30 Google Business post drafts you paste when they are true. $497 Done-For-You is us pasting five pages onto YOUR Hostinger WordPress after a complete intake. Neither SKU posts to GBP for you or promises rankings, leads, or income.
What this 15-minute paste is not
- Not a guarantee you will rank, get calls, or book jobs. Rankings depend on your market, reviews, history, and competitors.
- Not a lead service. We do not send you jobs.
- Not ads management. We do not run ads.
- Not us posting to Google Business. Drafts are files; you publish when they are true.
- Not a custom agency site or a ThemeForest “HVAC theme” requirement.
- Booked This Week is the company name — not a result we claim for your calendar.
DIY $138 with KIT30. DFY $497.
