HVAC FAQ on the page — and FAQ schema basics without hype.

Three to five real questions on a service or city page help homeowners. FAQ schema is optional markup that mirrors those same answers. It is not a ranking switch. We do not promise rich results, map-pack wins, or calls from adding JSON-LD.

Write the FAQ for humans first

  • Questions you already answer on the phone: Do you serve [town]? What should I check on a no-cool call? Do you offer financing? (Only if you have a program.) Are you licensed/insured? (Only if true.)
  • Answers in plain sentences. No invented 30-minute ETAs. No “guaranteed same-day” unless that is always true.
  • Put the FAQ on the same page as the service or city copy — not a orphan thin /faq clone for every suburb you do not drive.

Schema basics (optional)

If you add FAQ schema, it must match the visible questions and answers on the page. Do not stuff hidden FAQs in JSON-LD that shoppers cannot read. Yoast or Rank Math (one free plugin from WordPress.org — not both, not a nulled pro zip) can output FAQ markup when you use their FAQ blocks — follow their current docs.

Schema does not replace NAP, a working form, or a tel: link. Google may show FAQ rich results sometimes and not other times. That is not a product we sell and not a result we claim.

What we paste vs what you add

The 15-minute local SEO paste guide includes a short FAQ block on the page. $497 Done-For-You is five pages on Hostinger WordPress from your intake — not a custom schema engineering project. $197 kit buyers can add FAQ blocks per INSTALL.md and their SEO plugin. We do not promise rich-result placement.
