Winter is not a footnote
A Houston-style “AC first” homepage is the wrong lead in Chicago. Furnace repair, boiler work if you actually do it, and then cooling. Heat pumps belong if you sell them — not because a national template mentioned them.
Naperville, Schaumburg, Oak Park, Evanston, Aurora, and Cicero are not Chicago. If the listing is in a suburb, the site should say that suburb. “Chicagoland” is a weather graphic, not a NAP.
Service area that a dispatcher could defend
Write the suburbs a tech will actually be sent to. Crossing into Indiana or Wisconsin is a real operational choice, not a keyword. If you do not go, do not list it.
Name, address, and phone must match the Google Business Profile. We do not invent a Loop office or a license number. Illinois license statements are yours to get right on About.
