A seasonal HVAC maintenance checklist page you can publish without hype.
Spring start-up and fall furnace checks are real work many shops sell. A maintenance checklist page should list the tasks you actually perform — filters, coils, safeties, condensate — not a ranking pitch or a fake “booked solid” claim. Honest checklist copy for US heating and air owners.
What the page is
A seasonal maintenance page is a services-style page (or a section on Services) that tells a homeowner what a tune-up includes at your shop this season. It is not a blog calendar. It is not a guarantee that publishing it will fill May and October.
Write the visits you actually sell: AC start-up in spring, furnace check in fall, or a twice-yearly plan if you run one. If you only sell repair, do not invent a membership tier on the site.
Checklist blocks that stay useful
- Season label: spring cooling start-up, fall heating check — dated in plain language, not “Q3 growth sprint.”
- Tasks you perform: filter check/replace if included, outdoor coil clean if you do it, condensate clear, thermostat test, safety switches, amp draw if that is your habit.
- What the homeowner should do before the visit: clear the closet, note odd noises, have the thermostat code if any.
- Click-to-call and a form on the same page or a clear link to Contact.
- Price only if it is current and you will honor it. “Call for pricing” is fine. Fake “$49 specials” you do not run are not.
Google posts vs the website page
