How to structure a furnace repair page for a small HVAC shop.

A furnace repair page should name the shop, the towns you drive, the real phone, and what a no-heat call looks like at your shop — without invented ETAs or a fake 24/7 badge. Page structure only. Not a ranking promise and not a lead contract.

What the page is for

Homeowners search furnace repair when the house is cold. The page is a service page (or a clear section on Services) that says who you are, where you go, how to call, and what to check before a tech arrives. It is not a blog essay about winter. It is not a map-pack hack.

If you only do cooling, do not publish a furnace page. If you farm heat calls to another shop, say that — or leave the page off.

Blocks that belong

  • H1: furnace repair in [city] — one H1.
  • First screen: shop name, city, tel: link on the listing number, short what-to-expect line.
  • Common no-heat checks the homeowner can do safely (thermostat, breaker, filter) — practical, not a sales funnel.
  • Brands or equipment types you actually work on. Skip a fake “all brands” claim if you refuse some.
  • Hours and after-hours truth — same rules as emergency AC and after-hours messaging.
  • NAP matching Google Business Profile. Form that emails the shop.

Claims that do not belong

  • “30 minutes to your door” unless that is always true.
  • 24/7 badges when the line goes to voicemail.
  • City lists you do not drive.
  • Any promise that this page will rank you, send leads, or fill January. We do not make that promise either.

How this ties to the five pages and the two SKUs

$497 Done-For-You is still five pages on Hostinger WordPress. Furnace repair copy often lives on Services; a separate furnace URL is optional after handoff or something you paste from the kit. $197 is files you paste. Emergency and after-hours language must match what you answer.

DIY $138 with KIT30. DFY $497.

Questions before buying: use the seller chat on the Whop listing. No income, lead, or ranking claims. Refunds follow checkout terms.
