Open the product page on Whop and use seller chat. That is the primary inbox for questions before you buy.
DFY buyers: after checkout, send a complete intake — company name, city/state, business phone, Hostinger site URL, optional GBP URL, logo, five photos you own. Full checklist: /hvac-dfy-intake. Send via Whop seller chat or team@bookedthisweek.whop.site. The 72-hour clock starts when that intake is complete, not when you pay. We paste five pages onto your Hostinger WordPress. We do not run ads, post to your Google Business Profile, or answer your phone.
Kit buyers: install questions in seller chat. We do not paste the files for you.
