Guides

HVAC review requests you send yourself — not a funnel we run.

The $197 kit includes short review-request scripts. You send them after a job you actually finished. We do not text your customers. We do not filter one-star reviews. We do not post to your Google Business Profile. $497 is five pages on Hostinger WordPress. Reviews stay on you.

What a request is

After you finish a call — unit cooling, furnace lighting, filter changed — you ask the person who paid you to leave a review on the Google listing that matches the site. A text or a card with the listing link is enough. The kit scripts are starting language. You put in the shop name and the link. You only send them when the job was real.

A review is not a Google Business post. Posts are the 30 drafts in the kit, which you paste when they are true that week. Reviews are what customers write. We write neither of those onto your listing.

What we will not do

  • We do not log into Google Business Profile. We do not post, reply, or upload photos to the listing.
  • We do not send the scripts for you. DFY handoff is a live URL and a note of what was published on WordPress.
  • We do not run a review funnel that hides bad ratings or pays for five stars. That is your problem with Google’s rules, not a product we sell.
  • We do not promise that asking will move the map pack, fill the board, or replace ads. We do not run ads.

Keep the listing and the site in the same facts

The link you send should be the same Google listing whose name, address, and phone sit in the site footer. If the customer lands on an old duplicate listing, that is a listing problem you clean up in Google, not a page we paste. Click-to-call and the form still have to work; a review request does not replace a number that rings.

How this sits on the two SKUs

$197 kit: review-request scripts are files. You edit and send. $497 Done-For-You: we paste Homepage, Services, About, Contact, and Financing. Review scripts are not a sixth page we publish, and they are not something we email to your customers.
