What a post is for
A Google Business post is a short update on your listing: a filter-change reminder in spring, a heat-wave note if you are taking AC calls, a financing line if you actually offer the program that week. It is not a blog. It is not an ad. It is not a ranking switch.
Write what is true. A “we’re running 24/7 emergency” post on a week nobody is on call is a lie on a public listing. The drafts are starting text. You edit the city, the offer, and the dates before you hit publish.
What is in the 30 drafts
- Seasonal: spring start-up, summer cooling, fall furnace check, winter heat.
- Maintenance: filter changes, coil cleaning, thermostat reminders — framed as work you actually sell.
- Emergency: after-hours and no-cool / no-heat language you only post if someone answers.
- Financing: copy you only post if the program is live. Delete the draft if you have no program.
What we do not do
We do not post to your Google Business Profile. DFY is five pages on Hostinger WordPress. The kit is files. Neither SKU includes GBP login, posting, review replies, or photo uploads to the listing.
We do not claim that posting will move you up in the map pack. Rankings depend on your market, reviews, history, and competitors. Posts are one thing you can publish. They are not a guarantee.
Keep the listing and the site in the same facts
Name, address, and phone on the site should match the listing. The DFY paste sets footer NAP from your intake and your GBP URL. If the listing says one number and the site says another, pick one and change the other. We do not reconcile old citations for you.
