Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Hialeah, Homestead, and Doral are separate pins. Fort Lauderdale is another county. If the Google Business Profile is in Hialeah, the homepage should say Hialeah. “South Florida” is a weather graphic, not a NAP.
Humidity keeps cooling in the search bar most of the year. Storm-season language only if you actually take those calls, someone answers, and you are not implying a license you do not hold. We will not write that you are a hurricane contractor unless you told us that and it is true.

If the shop answers in Spanish, say so on Contact. Do not paste a bilingual homepage if nobody in the office can work that way. Footer name, address, and phone have to match the listing — including how the legal name is spelled. We do not invent a Brickell showroom or a Florida license number.
